Portage Curling Club was the site of the 2015-16 Wisconsin Junior Championship, and the Portage Club faithful were rewarded with victories by teams with ties to the Portage club. On the boys side, Rob Shlimovitz survived a tenth steal by Matt Carlson by scoring 1 in the extra end to gain a 7-6 victory.
