The Jeremy Roe rink from Madison bested a field of 5 teams on Sunday, February 6 to take the 2022 State Mixed Championship. For Jeremy, this is his third mixed championship, having won also in 2002 and 2005. His teammates are Toni Paisley, La Crosse, Richard Maskel, Madison, and Mandy Hampton, Madison. This is Richard's 5th mixed championship, and for Toni and Mandy, their first. The team scored dramatic victories over Ben Randall from Blackhawk and also defending champion, Ryan Spielman, also from Blackhawk. Randall took second place.
The Roe team has qualified for the National Mixed Championship, which is set for later in the season, at a time and location yet to be determined.
