Rice Lake to Host Wisconsin Senior Men's Bonspiel

Greg Dahl, Co-chair of the State Senior Bonspiel announces that the State Senior Bonspiel will be revived this year.  Rice Lake Curling Club will be hosting the event on Jan. 17-19, 2014.   Click on the attachment for more bonspiel information.

Portage Mens Bonspiel - Nov. 1-3, Canceled

Jim Shlimovitz from Portage Curling Club has announced that the Portage Men's Bonspiel is canceled due to mechanical problems with the ice making equipment. We hope the repair proceeds quickly at the Portage Curling Club.

As a side note, Mike Dry mentions that the Racine Men's Bonspiel still has openings available that weekend!

Portage to host State Junior Championship

WSCA Junior Chairman, Mark Hartman reports that Portage Curling Club has been selected as the host for the  41st Wisconsin Junior Championships.  This makes two years in a row that Portage has been the site of the Junior Championship.  "The Portage Club did a great job last year, so I have every reason to believe that we will have a top-notch event again this year", commented Hartman.
