Clintonville Curling Club Golf Outing Set for Aug. 20

The Clintonville Curling Club is holding a GolfSpiel golf outing on Aug. 20 as a fundraiser for the club.  There will be hole prizes, a "Pink Ball" 50/50 drawing, fun games, numerous raffle prizes, along with a round of golf and a wonderful meal.  Click the links below for more information and a registration form.

Already in the 4th year of the event, Madison Curling Club will be hosting its Mixed Doubles Bonspiel on Nov. 4-5, 2016.  The profile of Mixed Doubles has zoomed up, now that it has been accepted as an event in the next Winter Olympics.  Which future Olympians will be competing in Madison?  Here's your shot to give it a try!   Click link  below for your entry.

Omaha Selected as Site of 2018 US Olympic Team Trials for Curling

(STEVENS POINT, Wis.) – Omaha, a city very familiar with hosting Olympic Trials, has been selected as the site for the 2018 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Curling.
 

Marsh Madness Summer Spiel July 15-17

Just heard from Mike Swanson in Wisconsin Rapids, chairman of the Marsh Madness Summer Spiel.  They are only a couple teams away from a full draw of 32 teams.  Dates are July 15-17.   Dust off that slider and brush and join in the summer curling fun!
